<h5>Eccolo, in tutto il suo golosissimo splendore, il menu delle feste di TOH!.</h5>



<p>Durante le ultime settimane, nella nostra rubrica food domenicale, vi abbiamo proposto alcune ricette perfette per un menù Natalizio. Il menù delle feste è composto da ricette della tradizione, facili da preparare e tutto sommato anche veloci. </p>



<h3>Alcune si possono preparare fin dal giorno prima, per evitarvi la levataccia del 25 dicembre </h3>



<p>e passare la mattinata ad aprire i regali, chiamare gli amici per scambiarvi gli auguri con un sottofondo &#8220;<em>White Christmas</em>&#8221; nella versione di Bing Crosby; poi potrete dedicarvi in una danza ai fornelli al ritmo di &#8220;<em>All I want for Christmas is you</em>&#8221; di quella buongustaia di Mariah.</p>



<p>Il paté toscano si può preparare già il 24 e conservare in frigo, così come il polpettone ripieno, da farcire, arrotolare, cuocere e mantenere ben arrotolato nell&#8217;alluminio affinché prenda una consistenza perfetta. Sempre il 24 preparate l&#8217;impasto per gli struffoli e tenetelo da parte, in un posto fresco. Il 25 mattina dovrete solo rosolare il polpettone nel forno, con le patate; friggere e rotolare nel miele gli struffoli, mentre il brodo per i passatelli si riscalda. Venti minuti prima di sedervi a tavola preparerete l&#8217;impasto per i passatelli, che dopo un riposo di un quarto d&#8217;ora saranno pronti per tuffarsi in pentola.</p>
