<h3>Ricopri i tartufi con il cioccolato che preferisci, anche fondente o al latte, decorali con zuccherini colorati, codette, mini marshmellow o una granella di salatini pretzel. </h3>

<p class="has-vivid-red-background-color has-background">Ingredienti per 15 tartufi: 120 g zucchero a velo &#8211; 8 biscotti digestive &#8211; 1 cucchiaino sale fino &#8211; 1/2 cucchiaino cannella in polvere &#8211; 40 g burro fuso &#8211; 120 g burro di arachidi non zuccherato &#8211; 200 g cioccolato bianco &#8211; Qb decorazioni per dolci</p>



<p>Versa in una planetaria lo zucchero a velo, i biscotti digestive tritati finemente, il sale, la cannella e il burro fuso. Frulla bene con la frusta fino ad ottenere una sabbia fine. Versa la sabbia in una ciotola, aggiungi il burro di arachidi e mescola bene con una spatola fino a ottenere un composto denso e un po&#8217; appiccicoso.</p>



<p>Inumidisci le mani e rotola 15 palline di composto, adagiale su un piatto ricoperto di cartata forno antiaderente e sistemale in freezer per circa 30 minuti.</p>



<p>Nel frattempo fai fondere il cioccolato bianco a bagnomaria, prendi le palline di composto ormai freddo e rotolale nel cioccolato fuso, a una a una; rimettile sulla carta forno, decorale con zuccherini o codette colorate e mettile in frigorifero fino a quando il cioccolato bianco non si sarà solidificato nuovamente. </p>



<p>A questo punto conservale in frigorifero e riportale a temperatura per qualche minuto prima di servirle e mangiarle.</p>

<h3>Prepara questi sfiziosi vol au vent al formaggio dolci e salati per i pranzi e le cene delle feste</h3>



<p>I vol au vent sono dei piccoli cestini di pasta sfoglia facili da realizzare che possono essere farciti da creme o paté, sia dolci che salati. Si trovano già pronti da farcire, al supermercato, ma se vuoi preparare i tuoi, della misura che preferisci, non c&#8217;è nulla di più facile. </p>



<p>Ti consiglio di organizzarti prendendo due formine circolari (una più piccola e una più grande) utili a ritagliare la pasta sfoglia. L&#8217;ideale è che la formina più piccola entri in quella più grande lasciando circa mezzo cm di spazio tra l&#8217;una e l&#8217;altra. </p>

<h3>Puoi sbizzarrirti con delle formine quadrate, circolari, ovali, di di verse misure a seconda di come vorrai farcirle! </h3>



<p>Stendi dei rotoli di pasta sfoglia e comincia ritagliare con la formina più grande, il maggior numero di basi dei vol au vent. Dividi il numero di pasta ragliata per tre; per ogni vol au vent ti serviranno: una base intera e due anelli di pasta, ritagliati con la formina più piccola all&#8217;interno. </p>



<p>Inumidisci la base intera, poggia sulla base il primo anello di pasta, poi il secondo infine spennella tutti vol au vent con tuorlo d&#8217;uovo sbattuto. Cuocili in forno statico a 180° finché non saranno dorati e una volta pronti lasciali raffreddare completamente prima di farcirli.</p>



<p>Per preparare la mousse usa un formaggio cremoso a tuo gusto e se non ami il gorgonzola prova, ad esempio, con un caprino fresco. </p>



<h3>Se non trovi la mostarda di pere prova a mescolare una confettura di pere con una senape piccante scegliendo le proporzioni in base ai tuoi gusti.</h3>



<p class="has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-background">Ingredienti per farcire 24 vol au vent: 150 g gorgonzola dolce &#8211; 50 g mascarpone &#8211; Qb sale &#8211; 90 g di panna fresca da montare &#8211; Mostarda di pere &#8211; Semi di senape</p>



<p>Metti in una ciotola o nella planetaria il mascarpone e il gorgonzola, aggiungi un po&#8217; di sale e mescola bene con le fruste per un paio di minuti. Aggiungi la panna liquida ben fredda e continua a usare le fruste, velocemente, fino a quando a poco a poco la panna ispessirà il composto.</p>



<p>Metti la mousse di formaggio in una tasca da pasticcere e conservala in frigorifero. Poco prima di servire i vol au vent sistemali in un piatto di portata, farciscili con la mousse e ricoprili con un cucchiaino di mostarda di pere. </p>

<h4>Le ricette di Natale: un piatto della tradizione pronto in appena 5 minuti.</h4>



<p>Ecco la ricetta perfetta per chi non vuole passare ore in cucina a preparare il pranzo di Natale. I passatelli in brodo sono un <a href="https://toh-magazine.com/2020/11/crostata-mandorle-mirtilli-frangipane-ricetta-toh-magazine/">piatto golosissimo</a> della tradizione romagnola e marchigiana che si preparano in 5 minuti. Certo, vanno serviti in un buon brodo ma non raccontateci che lo preparerete sul serio, fin dalla sera prima, facendo sobbollire cappello del prete, cappone, qualche osso prelibato, una cipolla brunita e quella aggiunta french-touch di zucchero caramellato.</p>



<h4>La tombola coi fagioli secchi, l&#8217;azzardo del mercante in fiera, il sesso sotto l&#8217;albero, ci fanno fare tardi la notte della vigilia e allora meglio dormire fino alle undici del mattino e ripiegare su un brodo pronto o un preparato vegetale. </h4>

<p>Ma non dadi o gelatine a base di inebriante glutammato monosodico, vi prego; l&#8217;umami sarà già soddisfatto dal parmigiano a volontà dell&#8217;impasto dei passatelli. Provate a cercare nei supermercati del biologico un buon granulare a base di sole verdure essiccate e polverizzate, magari con l&#8217;aggiunta di un po&#8217; di lievito essiccato e curcuma che dona un bel colore dorato e che soprattutto… &#8220;fa tanto bene&#8221;.</p>



<p class="has-background" style="background-color:#d5e6f0">Ingredienti per 4 persone:<br>200 g di parmigiano grattugiato<br>200 g di pane grattugiato<br>La scorza grattugiata di 1/2 limone bio<br>2 pizzichi di noce moscata<br>Qb sale<br>Qb pepe<br>4 uova<br>2,5 L di brodo</p>



<p>Prepara un brodo vegetale o di carne, a tua scelta, filtralo bene in modo che risulti limpido e mantienilo su una fiamma bassa.</p>



<p>In una ciotola metti il parmigiano, il pane grattugiato, la scorza di limone e la noce moscata. Aggiungi un pizzico di sale e di pepe e mescola leggermente con una forchetta. Versa nella ciotola le 4 uova sbattute e impasta fino a ottenere un impasto morbido. Lascialo riposare 20 minuti, coperto da pellicola.</p>

<p>Porta a bollore il brodo, su una fiamma più vivace. Utilizzando uno schiacciapatate dai fori larghi, schiaccia l&#8217;impasto versando i passatelli direttamente nel brodo.</p>
