<h3>Prova la nostra insalata di cous cous, senza glutine, dal sapore dolce e fresco</h3>



<p>Prepara i <a href="https://toh-magazine.com/2022/05/focaccia-nera-ai-cerali-con-pomodorini-e-olive/">pomodorini</a> confit semplicemente tagliandoli a metà e insaporendoli con timo, sale, pepe e anche un po&#8217;i zucchero di canna integrale; dimenticali nel forno a bassa temperatura per almeno due ore, facendo sempre attenzione che non brucino; per ultimo resisti a non mangiarne uno dopo l&#8217;altro subito dopo la cottura, perché appena saranno raffreddati saranno irresistibili. </p>



<h3>La stessa tecnica, in questa ricetta, puoi utilizzarla per creare del buonissimo e croccante scalogno caramellato. </h3>



<p>Cerca di acquistare dello scalogno piccolo, grande come un pomodorino, da tagliare in un due parti; naturalmente se non lo trovi, usa lo scalogno più grande tagliandolo in tre o quattro sezioni alte circa mezzo cm. </p>



<p>Per questa insalata ho utilizzato del cous cous ottenuto dalla farina di mais per creare una ricatta glutee free, ma prova anche a prepararla con riso bianco o integrale, orzo o anche con una fregola sarda dalla grana piccola.</p>



<p class="has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-background">Ingredienti per 4 persone: 200g cous cous di mais &#8211; 15 pomodorini &#8211; 10 piccoli scalogni &#8211; 100g mandorle a lamelle, tostate &#8211; 1 mazzetto di basilico fresco &#8211; 1 limone &#8211; Qb olio, sale, pepe, timo e zucchero integrale</p>

<p>Lava i pomodorini e tagliali a metà, ponili ordinatamente su una teglia da forno con la pancia rivolta verso il basso; sbuccia i piccoli scalogni e tagliali a metà e ponili sulla teglia con i pomodorini. </p>



<p>Spolvera sale, pepe, zucchero di canna e timo su pomodorini e scalogno, versa su ognuno una goccia d&#8217;olio e cuoci in forno a 140° per circa 120 minuti. Prendi la teglia dal forno e lascia raffreddare completamente.</p>



<p>Lava il basilico, asciugalo e taglialo grossolanamente.</p>



<p>Cuoci il cous cous di mais seguendo le istruzioni della confezione, fallo raffreddare e sgranalo.</p>



<p>Versa in una ciotola lo scalogno, pomodorini, basilico, mandorle tostate e il cous cous; mescola delicatamente e aggiungi un po&#8217; di succo di limone fresco. Servi in tavola e… <a href="https://www.instagram.com/tohmagazine/">TOH!</a> MANGIALO!</p>
