<p>La beyond meat è una ricetta che sostituisce la carne ottenendo dei prodotti cruelty-free a partire dalle proteine vegetali dei piselli gialli. </p>



<p>La consistenza e il sapore sono incredibilmente simili a quelli di un burger tradizionale e anche il colore rosato, dato dal succo di barbabietola, rendono questi prodotti una risposta davvero gustosa e concreta alla sfida climatica. </p>



<p>Secondo il Center for Sustainable System dell’Università del Michigan, questo prodotto genera il 90% in meno di gas serra, richiedendo il 46% di energia in meno, con un impatto del 99% inferiore sulle risorse idriche e usando il 93% in meno di terreno rispetto a un comune macinato bovino da allevamento intensivo.</p>



<h2> Il cinquantenne Ethan Brown, ambientalista che a 36 anni ha creato questo prodotto nella sua start-up di Los Angeles, oggi è riconosciuto da Bloomberg Media come una delle 50 personalità più influenti nel settore dell’innovazione e della sostenibilità. </h2>



<p>In tutti i supermercati puoi trovare diversi prodotti ottenuti con questa ricetta, dalle salsicce alle bistecche, dai burger al macinato; addirittura puoi trovare prodotti che riproducono il tonno in scatola e i gamberoni. </p>



<p>I burger sono distribuiti anche nelle più grandi catene di fast food che, nonostante continuino a vendere prodotti di origine animale, hanno annusato il business e si rinfrescano in un green-washing che ripari il calo di vendite che corrisponde all’aumento dei consumatori vegetariani e vegani. </p>



<p>Nel frattempo, Brown, ha depositato la ricetta del beyond-milk: si tratta di un latte plant-based con lo stesso gusto, stessa dolcezza e cremosità di quello tradizionale e che promette di essere “beyond”  tutte le varie bevande vegetali a cui siamo stati abituati finora, assicurandoci di ottenere un cappuccino così buono da essere indiscernibile da quello tradizionale a base di latte vaccino.</p>

<p class="has-light-green-cyan-background-color has-background">Ingredienti  per 4 persone: 500g fagiolini &#8211; 4 burger beyond meat &#8211; 4 cucchiai pane grattugiato &#8211; 4 cucchiai parmigiano grattugiato &#8211; 1 cucchiaino di aglio in polvere &#8211; 250 g salsa tartara &#8211; 4 uova sode &#8211; Qb prezzemolo tritato</p>



<p>Dopo avere lavato e spuntato i fagiolini, tagliali a metà e cuocili a vapore per 25 minuti. Raffreddali con un getto di acqua fresca e mettili da parte.</p>



<p>Metti i <a href="https://toh-magazine.com/2020/10/veggie-burger-toh-magazine/">burger</a> in una ciotola e aggiungi il pane grattugiato, il parmigiano e l’aglio in polvere. Impasta con le mani fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo. Ungi bene le mani con olio di semi e dal composto ottieni circa 24 polpettine.</p>



<p>Cuoci le polpette al forno, girandole ogni tanto per renderle dorate, oppure cuocile in una padella leggermente unta di olio. Lasciale raffreddare.</p>



<p>Metti in una ciotola i fagiolini, le polpette, le uova sode tritate a pezzetti e tutta la salsa tartara. Mescola bene e conserva in frigorifero fino al momento di consumare l’insalata. S</p>
