<h3>Il corallo non è mai solo un materiale.</h3>



<h3>Nel lavoro di Antonio Di Giuseppe diventa corpo, memoria, talismano. Un frammento di mare che attrav<strong>ersa il tempo e si trasforma in linguaggio contemporaneo. </strong></h3>



<p>Tra archetipi antichi, notti insonni e città cariche di storia, i suoi <a href="https://www.instagram.com/il_coralliere/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">gioielli</a> non cercano di decorare, ma di proteggere, accompagnare, raccontare.</p>



<p>Questa intervista è un viaggio intimo dentro un immaginario dove il sacro incontra il quotidiano, il desiderio si fa simbolo e l’ornamento torna ad avere un significato profondo.</p>



<p><strong>Quando hai capito che il corallo non era solo un materiale?</strong></p>



<p>Non c’è stato un momento preciso. Il primo vero incontro risale all’infanzia: un braccialetto di corallo regalato per il compleanno. Al Sud il corallo è protezione, non decorazione. Crescendo l’ho ritrovato addosso alle donne della mia famiglia, tra collane importanti e orecchini antichi.</p>



<p>Non era un materiale: era memoria. Anche prima di saperlo, lo stavo già ascoltando.</p>

<p><strong>Hai un rituale creativo?</strong></p>



<p>Nessun rituale. Le idee arrivano di notte, spesso durante l’insonnia. Disegno per non perderle.</p>



<p>I materiali fanno il resto: pezzi antichi, dettagli dimenticati, tradizioni da rimettere in circolo.</p>



<p>I luoghi sono fondamentali.</p>



<h3>La Costiera Amalfitana è l’origine di tutto. </h3>



<p>Poi Napoli, Pompei, Roma. Architettura, mitologia, stratificazione. Il mio lavoro nasce da un dialogo costante tra passato e presente.</p>

<p><strong>Fascinus: dove si colloca tra superstizione, corpo e desiderio?</strong></p>



<p>Non esiste un confine netto.</p>



<p>Il Fascinatum nasce come simbolo di protezione, non di provocazione. È un archetipo antico che parla di vulnerabilità, paura, bisogno di sentirsi al sicuro.</p>



<h3>Non è erotico: è energia vitale. Un linguaggio del corpo che attraversa i secoli.</h3>



<p>Il mio intento era trasformarlo in un promemoria emotivo: un oggetto che custodisce intenzioni, non superstizioni.</p>

<p><strong>Perché tornare oggi a forme primordiali?</strong></p>



<p>Perché viviamo un’epoca che censura o svuota il corpo.</p>



<p>Le forme primordiali non sono shock visivi, ma memorie collettive. Riportano il corpo alla sua dimensione sacra: origine, forza, creazione.</p>



<p>Tornare a questi simboli non è regressione, ma un modo per ritrovare un centro.</p>

<p><strong>Il gioiello come estensione del corpo: ti interessa?</strong></p>



<p>Sì, ma in senso emotivo.</p>



<p>Un gioiello indossato vicino al corpo smette di essere oggetto e diventa presenza. </p>



<h3>Assorbe movimenti, calore, stati d’animo.</h3>



<p>Per me l’amuleto è questo: una seconda pelle simbolica. Il corpo è memoria, il gioiello un modo per custodirla.</p>

<p><strong>Perché Parigi?</strong></p>



<p>Vivo a Parigi da vent’anni, ci sono arrivato per caso. Qui mi sono formato, ho lavorato nella moda, studiato gemmologia e fondato Il Coralliere.</p>



<p>Parigi mi ha costruito. L’Italia resta la mia bussola.</p>



<p>Il mio lavoro nasce proprio da questa tensione tra distanza e radici.</p>

<p><strong>Come immagini il tuo lavoro tra dieci anni?</strong></p>



<p>Spero che esista ancora.</p>



<p>Il corallo è una lavorazione antica e fragile, legata a un sapere artigiano che sta scomparendo. Vorrei che il mio lavoro contribuisse a renderlo visibile e contemporaneo.</p>



<p>Il mio obiettivo è crescere senza perdere identità, arrivare un giorno all’alta gioielleria e dare dignità a un materiale spesso sottovalutato.</p>



<p>Se tra dieci anni avrò fatto questo, sarà successo.</p>
