<h3>La tapa che trovi in tutti bar di Siviglia è l&#8217;ensaladilla, un&#8217;insalata russa arricchita con gamberi o polpo perfetta per l&#8217;estate.</h3>



<p>A Siviglia si dice che la qualità dei bar si possa giudicare in base all&#8217;ensaladilla che servono… e questa <a href="https://toh-magazine.com/2021/01/crema-di-ceci-con-cozze-e-chiacchiere-salate/">tapa</a> tradizionale si trova davvero dovunque, ottima per accompagnare un aperitivo di birrette freschissime. </p>



<p>Assomiglia in tutto alla nostra insalata russa, con alcune piccole variazioni che dipendono dal gusto dello chef e dalle verdure presenti in dispensa, ma nella maggior parte delle ricette viene aggiunto un&#8217;ingrediente di pesce: che siano gamberi, polpo o anche calamari il risultato è sempre gustoso! </p>



<h3>La preparazione è davvero facilissima ma non sottovalutare la cottura delle patate: non dovranno essere troppo cotte da sfaldarsi né troppo crude da rimanere dure e poco piacevoli tra i denti. </h3>

<p>Per questo motivo ti consiglio di non cuocere le patate tutte intere ma di preparare già i cubetti, piuttosto grossi, e cuocerli in acqua bollente in modo da poterne tenere sotto controllo la cottura e scolarli e raffreddarli al momento giusto. </p>



<p>Se vuoi preparare un maionese fatta in casa, ti basterà un minuto utilizzando il minipimer senza rischiare che impazzisca. 1 uovo, 220 ml di olio di semi di girasole, 1 cucchiaio colmo di succo di limone, 1 cucchiaino di senape e un pizzico di sale, ecco gli ingredienti da versare assieme nel boccale del frullatore a immersione e da frullare per meno di un minuto. </p>



<p>Se preferisci una ricetta più leggera prova a usare metà dose di maionese e mescolarla con dello yogurt greco per condirle la tua ensaladilla.</p>



<p class="has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-background">Ingredienti per 4 persone: 4 patate grandi &#8211; 200 g mazzancolle pulite &#8211; 2 cipollotti rossi di Tropea &#8211; 1/2 bicchiere di piselli surgelati Qb &#8211; maionese Qb &#8211; olio sale e pepe.</p>



<p>Pela le patate e tagliale a cubetti, cuocile in acqua salata lasciandole leggermente al dente. Raffreddale sotto acqua corrente poi mettile da parte.</p>



<p>Salta le mazzancolle pulite in una padella con un filo di olio, per appena due minuti, aggiusta di sale e pepe e metti da parte. Cuoci i piselli al vapore o in acqua bollente, raffreddali con acqua corrente e metti da parte. Taglia a rondelle i cipollotti rossi. </p>



<p>Metti tutti gli ingredienti in una ciotola, aggiungi due o tre cucchiai di maionese, mescola delicatamente per non disfare le patate. Conserva l&#8217;ensaladilla in frigorifero fino al momento di servirla e… <a href="https://www.instagram.com/tohmagazine/?hl=it">TOH! </a>MANGIALA!</p>
