<h2>Fragranti e saporiti i cracker di carote e semi sono uno snack delizioso e senza glutine</h2>



<p>I cracker di semi sono una ricetta della cucina crudista a base di soli semi tritati che puoi insaporire con spezie, erbe fresche e verdure a piacere. Tritando finemente i semi e approfittando degli olii che naturalmente contengono, otterrai una sorta di pasta che disidratandosi si trasformerà in uno snack molto saporito. </p>



<h3>Gli appassionati ortodossi di raw food li preparano utilizzando un essiccatore ad aria calda che non superi mai i 42°. </h3>



<p>Questo metodo di cottura permette di mantenere intatte tutte le proprietà nutritive dei cibi ma richiede lunghe ore di essiccazione… a volte può richiedere anche una intera notte. </p>



<p>Non sempre il cibo che fa bene al nostro corpo fa bene anche all&#8217;ambiente: ti basta considerare che per preparare questi cracker in un essiccatore a cassetti o ripieni sovrapponibili, è come se lasciassimo acceso un phon per tutta la notte.</p>



<p>Puoi utilizzare le verdure che ami di più e aromatizzarli con le spezie che più ti piacciono. Prova a sostituire le <a href="https://toh-magazine.com/2022/07/pate-di-melanzane-e-carote-alla-canapa/">carote</a> con le zucchine e la paprika con il curry. </p>



<h3>Prova a colorali con il rosso della barbabietola o con il giallo della curcuma. </h3>



<p>Puoi anche provare ad eliminare la cipolla e il sale sostituendoli con nocciole e miele o zucchero per ottenere dei cracker dolci e senza zucchero da sgranocchiare a colazione o come spezzafame.</p>

<p class="has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-background">Ingredienti: 120 g carote &#8211; 80 g cipolla rossa &#8211; 70 g pinoli &#8211; 70 g semi di zucca &#8211; 70 g semi di girasole &#8211; 5 g basilico fresco &#8211; 6 cucchiai olio di oliva &#8211; 1 cucchiaino scarso sale fino &#8211; 1 cucchiaino paprica &#8211; 50 ml acqua &#8211; 50 g semi di sesamo</p>



<p>Pulisci le carote e la cipolla, taglia tutto a pezzetti, trita finemente in un robot da cucina e trasferisci in una ciotola. Versa i semi di zucca, i semi di girasole e i pinoli nel robot da cucina, trita finemente e versa nella ciotola con le carote. </p>



<p>Aggiungi tutti gli altri ingredienti, tranne i semi di sesamo, e frulla con il frullatore a immersione fino a ottenere un composto abbastanza cremoso. Infine aggiungi anche i semi di sesamo ma questa volta non frullare, mescola semplicemente con un cucchiaio.</p>



<p>Accendi il forno ventilato a 140°.</p>



<p>Copri una leccarda con carta antiaderente da forno; aiutandoti con una spatola inumidita con acqua, stendi uno strato uniforme di composto sulla carta antiaderente. </p>



<p>Con un tarocco o una rotella da pasta incidi il composto crudo, disegnando i cracker della misura che preferisci, e inforna per circa 70/90 minuti. Il tempo può variare da forno a forno. </p>



<h3>Controlla durante la cottura lo stato di disidratazione del composto e considera che, una volta raffreddati del tutto, i cracker risulteranno più croccanti.</h3>



<p>Una volta che i cracker saranno cotti lasciali raffreddare completamente e dividili tra loro seguendo le incisioni che hai compiuto prima della cottura. Servili con formaggi, mostarda, frutta fresca e… <a href="https://www.instagram.com/tohmagazine/">TOH!</a> MANGIALI!</p>
